‘Homecoming’ (focusing on residents returning home) and early evening burglary patrols made up much of Rick's 4-and-a-half hours out today (7.00 miles).

After passing through the country park (p) and catching up with parents at the Discovery Centre's playground, it was into Rush Green, with visits including Fels Farm Mews (est.5.34pm) and Valentines Way, before spending time around Parish Fields (5.53pm, p) via Great Cullings.

All of the west side of Dagenham Road was patrolled next, from Strood Avenue and Philip Close (7.15pm) to Legon Avenue and Croxford Way (7.48pm).

Wisdons Close (8.09pm) and Alex Guy Gardens, both via Central Park, followed by a check-in with security staff at Parkside House (est. 8.27pm) and Woodshire Road.
